On November 26, the Technological Institute of Sonora -ITSON, a third party lab established in Sonora State, Mexico, released a report, where it demonstrates that our edible coating ALOECOAT 1-BIO inhibits 99% the main pathogens affecting fresh produce marketed in US, Canada and Mexico. ALOECOAT 1-BIO inhibits Escherichia Colli, Staphylococcus Aureus and Salmonella.

These reports were made by the Area of ​​Microbiology of the Technological Institute of Sonora (ITSON), a respected academic and research institution of the State of Sonora.


This is a clear demonstration that ALOECOAT 1-BIO has a strong inhibitory action on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella. These results were obtained directly upon application of ALOECOAT 1-BIO on the cultures, at the time called Zero Hour.
